Basic information

Joint stock company ROMONA was established in 1991 on the basis of geodetic subdivisions of survey and oil-and-gas enterprises of Sakhalin: Trust DALMORNEFTEGEOPHYSICA (DMNG Sakhalin Geophysical Company), Far Eastern marine geological expedition and Khabarovsk land-surveying enterprise of Main geodetic and cartographic department.

The main activities of the Company are offshore and land surveys, geophysical and geological site surveys for oil-and-gas industry such as: surveys for offshore constructions and pipelines, precise offshore Positioning and Navigation, oceanological surveys, bathymetric and seafloor imagery, inspection of sub-sea assets using the ROVs.

ROMONA Inc. has all necessary certificates for offering current services according to legislation of Russian Federation.

Integrated Management System was established across the Company and effectively working since 2011. The system is audited by Bureau Veritas according to certification standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 on annual basis.

ROMONA INC consistently implements Quality, Security, Health, Safety and Environment Protection Policy. Safe work is one of the fundamental principles of ROMONA INC. All personnel pass HSE trainings on an intermittent basis and continuously advance in skill  that helps to maintain the highest level of safety and quality of work both at sea and on land. Regular meetings and drills conducted in the office and on the jobsites.

The company successfully works in Russian and international markets for more than 20 years.
