Romona Inc. was established in 1991 on the basis of geodetic subdivisions of survey and oil-and-gas enterprises of Sakhalin: trust DALMORNEFTEGEOPHYSICA (DMNG Sakhalin Geophysical Company), Far Eastern marine geological expedition and Khabarovsk land-surveying enterprise of Chief geodetic and cartographic department.

The main activities of the Company are offshore and land surveys, geophysical surveys for oil-and-gas industry such as: surveys for offshore constructions and pipelines, precise offshore Positioning and Navigation, oceanological surveys bathymetric and seafloor imagery and magnetometer surveys, diving operations etc.

Romona Inc has all necessary certificates for offering current services according to legislation of Russian Federation.

Romona has established and maintains a Quality Management System relevant for Land and Marine Positioning and Survey in compliance with ISO 9001.

Romona considers safety as one of fundamental values. All the personnel have passed offshore safety training courses. Safety meetings and drills are held regularly at the office and on the vessels..

The company successfully works on the international market for a long time. Foreign representations of Romona are established in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Kingdom of Thailand. Head office of the company is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The following objectives are executed here::
